IMPACT has responded to a growing need for substance use prevention among our youth and includes everyone from counselors to police officers, from specialists to students. Decatur Community Partnership- Macon County
The Decatur Drug-Free Community Coalition is a community-based formal arrangement for cooperation and collaboration among groups or sectors of the community in which each group retains its identity, but all agree to work together toward a common goal of building a safe, healthy, and drug-free community.

Jersey County Drug Coalition
The Jersey County Against Drug Coalition was developed in response to JCHD receiving a grant from the IL Dept of Human Services. Funding is provided in whole or part by IDHS and The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA). The JCAD first met in September 2012. The Coalition membership comes from a wide variety of community organizations.
